Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cal2Sheets ("we", "us", or "the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Cal2Sheets helps you export hours logged in your Google Calendar to CSV or Google Sheets. You connect one or more Google accounts, choose a date range, and the app calculates and exports the matching events. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts & eligibility

• You must be able to form a binding contract to use the app.
• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• You must provide accurate information and have the right to connect the Google accounts you authorize.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours.
• Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its infrastructure.
• Use the app in a way that violates Google's terms or policies.

Google account access

When you connect a Google account, you grant the app permission to access your calendar and spreadsheet data as needed to provide the features you use. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a Google account at any time from the Connections page.

Your content & data

You retain all rights to your calendar data and the reports you generate. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process and export the data you select.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exported reports will be free of inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing exported data before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the app and its users. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated within the app where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
